Travel is one of life’s greatest joys - but it can also be a little tough on your gut. 😐

Whether you are taking a quick weekend road trip 🚐, flying ✈️ across the country, or traveling abroad 🗺️, your digestive system gets exposed to new foods, new water sources, different bacteria 🦠, and changes in your routine. All of these can throw your gut a little off balance if you are not prepared.
