Gut Check Challenge Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE OR THE GENERAL PRIZE POOL. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Gut Check Challenge (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Opu Probiotics LLC, 480 Old Canton Rd, Ball Ground, GA 30107 ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Walmart Inc., TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on May 17, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends on August 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

There are multiple ways to enter, and entrants may use one or more methods during the Promotion Period. Each method earns a different number of entries into the General Prize Pool drawing as detailed below.

Each qualifying receipt earns ten (10) bonus entries into the General Prize Pool AND one (1) automatic entry into the Buyers-Only Bonus Pool drawing (Section 5(b)). Receipts must clearly show the Walmart store identifier or Walmart.com order confirmation, the date of purchase within the Promotion Period, and the Opu Probiotics product line item.

5. Prizes

(a) General Prize Pool

All eligible entries (free, social, and receipt) compete for the following prizes:

• Grand Prize (1): $500 Walmart Gift Card
• Second Tier (10): $100 Walmart Gift Card each
• Third Tier (10): $50 Walmart Gift Card each

(b) Buyers-Only Bonus Pool

One (1) Buyers-Only Bonus Pool prize will be awarded by random drawing from among entrants who submitted at least one qualifying receipt during the Promotion Period. The Buyers-Only Bonus Pool prize consists of: (i) a $250 Walmart Gift Card, and (ii) a one (1) year supply of Opu Probiotics product (twelve (12) boxes, approximate retail value $240). This drawing is separate from the General Prize Pool, and a single entrant may win in both pools.

Total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes: $2,490. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor's sole discretion. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Product prizes will be shipped to the winner's verified U.S. address.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 18, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

7. Submission Requirements

All submissions must be original, must not violate any third-party rights, and must comply with the platform's terms of service. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, illegible, altered, or that does not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, each entrant represents that all information submitted is accurate.

8. Use of Submissions

By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and display the submitted content (photos, videos, social posts, receipts with personal information redacted) in connection with the Promotion and Sponsor's marketing activities, without further notice or compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Walmart Inc., TikTok, Instagram/Meta, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
