You may recognize me from the very first episode of Shark Tank, where Barbara Corcoran took a chance on my very first invention. That moment launched my journey as an entrepreneur - but my deeper mission started a few years later, during one of the hardest seasons of my life.

At just 27 years old, I was diagnosed with cancer. The radiation treatments that saved my life also took a serious toll on my gut health. My mom, a dedicated nurse and my personal hero, helped me rebuild my body from the inside out. Through her research and wisdom, I learned the power of the gut microbiome - and the life-changing role probiotics can play in our overall wellness.

After we lost my mom, I teamed up with another one of my heroes: my Dad. Together, we created a better kind of probiotic - one that’s clean, effective, backed by science, and made with purpose. That’s how Opu Probiotics was born.
